2017 WEMTA Spring Conference Exhibitor Registration
Sunday - Set up: 12:00 to 6:30 pm
Monday - Set up: 8:00 to 10:00 am
Booths open: 10:15 am to 5:30 pm
Tuesday - Booths open: 8:30 am to 11:00 am
Move out/tear down: begins at 11:00 am
Booth cost - $475 for WEMTA Business Members / $575 for non-members. Lists of attendees will be emailed to only exhibitors that are WEMTA members. (If you are not already a WEMTA member and would like to join before signing up for a booth, please go to this link)
All booth registrations come with 2 free box lunches on Monday. If you need additional lunches for your booth staff, they can be purchased for $10 each. Booths include a 8' table, 2 chairs and draping.
Exhibitors will work directly with Valley Expo for any additional items they may need for their booth (i.e. electricity).
