For those of you not registered, walk-in registration is an option at the conference, which is March 22-24 at Monona Terrace in Madison.  We have a great program and judging by the registrations, we will also have a great WEMTA turnout from across Wisconsin.  We would love to have you join us, even if it just for one day.

Online Registration   

Click here to access the online registration web site.  

  • Click on the select box to the right of the registration category you have chosen.
  • A pop-up window will ask if you want to see additional items which can be purchased for this event.  Click on OK.  In the next window please check all meals and events you will be attending.  Lunch tickets will only be given to individuals who check the Monday Buffet Lunch and/or one of the three meal choices for the Tuesday lunch.     Please also indicate continental breakfasts and receptions that you will attend.
  • If you will be attending the Monday Awards Banquet, please indicate your meal choice -  the print registration form has additional information about the meal choices.  The Awards Banquet fee will be added to your registration fee automatically.
  • Click on Add to Cart at the bottom of the screen.
  • Click on Add in the Notes column if you are submitting a purchase order number or to request special food preferences or other accommodations.
  • Click on Check Out
  • WEMTA members or individuals who registered for last year's conference will be asked to log in to complete their registration.  
  • If you are new to the WEMTA web site, please click on the Create a New Account button. The first screen will ask for name, address, other registration information and will ask you to create a username and password.  Required fields are indicated with an asterisk.  The second screen asks for payer information.
  • The final screen in the registration process will ask you to indicate whether you will pay by credit card, by cash/check, or by purchase order.  Click in the appropriate radio button and fill in the credit card, check, or purchase order number and other required information.   

Please note that your registration is not final until payment is received by the WEMTA Association Manager. 

  • If you are paying with a purchase order, please print out the receipt/invoice and submit to your business office. If you are paying via check, your check should be sent to Courtney Rounds, WEMTA Association Manager P.O. Box 206, Boscobel, WI 53805. If you paid via credit card, you will get an email from the credit card processor.

 

Registration through the Mail:  Registration forms can also be mailed to Courtney Rounds, WEMTA Association Manager, P.O. Box 206, Boscobel, WI 53805.  Please enclose a check, purchase order, or credit card information.  Registrations will not be final until payment is received.

 

WEMTA Members:    Your WEMTA membership must be current to receive the member rate.  If your membership has expired, please renew it before registering for the conference at the member rate.  If you prefer to pay for the conference and membership at the same time, please register at the non-member/renewing member rate.

Note:  Members who are retired or are full-time students may register at a reduced rate if they agree to work for three hours at a conference booth, registration, author fair, or in the vendor area.  Please email Susan Fulks at to indicate your choice of dates and any volunteer preferences.    Membership must be current to take advantage of this reduced rate.

Non-members: Your conference registration will include a one-year membership in WEMTA.  Please see the WEMTA web site for information about membership benefits and services.  After your conference registration is approved, you will be able to log in to the WEMTA web site as a member using your username and password created during conference registration.

WEMTA member guest:  WEMTA members are encouraged to invite principals, curriculum directors, special education directors, district administrators to attend the conference at a special reduced rate.  Please email Courtney with the name of the WEMTA member who has invited the administrator(s) to the conference.  Non-WEMTA-member spouses who wish to attend the conference may also register at this special rate.
